We are honored that you’ve entrusted us with your pet’s care.
To ensure our visit with your pet is as peaceful as possible, please make sure that at the time of your appointment:
- Your pet is ready and easily reached
- Any family that you wish to be there are present
- In-home visits: if your pet has a history of anxiety or aggression, you have contacted your primary veterinarian for additional sedation to be given before the appointment
If your pet will be cremated, only biodegradable materials such as food or flowers are sent with your pet; the crematorium cannot accept collars, toys, blankets, etc.
Due to limited appointment slots, there will be a non-refundable fee if appointment is canceled less than 24 hours from the scheduled time.
