We are so sorry to have to meet under these circumstances, and are honored that you would place your trust in us during this difficult time.
To ensure your pet’s final moments are as peaceful as possible, at the time of your appointment, please make sure that:
- Your pet is ready and easily reached
- Any family that you wish to be there are present
- If you would like your pet to be cremated, only biodegradable materials such as food or flowers are sent with your pet; the crematorium cannot accept collars, toys, blankets, etc.
- If your pet has a history of anxiety or aggression, you have contacted your primary veterinarian for additional sedation to be given before the appointment.
Due to limited appointment slots, there will be a non-refundable fee of $200 if appointment is canceled less than 24 hours from the scheduled time.
